The White Russian cocktail is creamy, smooth, and delicious! It is one of our absolute faves and the perfect Baileys and vodka cocktail to enjoy at any celebration—birthday parties, Christmas, Easter, or why not break the green theme and stir some up on St. Patrick’s Day? This White Russian recipe uses Baileys Irish Cream instead of the traditional cream, taking it to a new level of indulgence. It's an amazing update to the original, if we do say so ourselves!

0.25 oz Coffee liqueur (optional)
2 oz Milk

- STEP ONE
Layer espresso into base of a glass, add ice and pour over the vodka.
- STEP TWO
Gently pour Baileys to create a beautiful, marbled effect for the White Russian.
- STEP THREE
Garnish with cacao nibs and a fresh cherry/raspberry to give hints of cacao and tropical fruit on the nose. Or for something a little more floral, you could use edible flowers to give a pop of colour and contrast. And Voila! You’re done. White Russian cocktail hour has arrived.
