  • 1.5 oz. Baileys Birthday Cake Irish Cream Liquor

  • 2 oz. full fat milk

  • 1 heaping Tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 drop vanilla essence

  • For the frosting:

  • 1 heaping Tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 heaping Tbsp icing sugar

Allergies

  • Milk

Directions

STEP ONE

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.

STEP TWO

Strain into your favourite glass.

STEP THREE

For the frosting, stir icing sugar into cream cheese until it has a stiff texture.

STEP FOUR

Use a piping bag to pipe frosting over your cocktail to finish. Serve and enjoy!
