Baileys Frozen Dalgona

FOR THE DALGONA (This needs to be made about a day ahead, so it has time to freeze)
25g Instant coffee
100g Sugar
100ml Water
FOR THE FINAL SERVE
Ice to fill 4 glasses
600ml milk or more depending on the size of your glass
200ml of Baileys (50ml per serve)
Frozen dalgona from above recipe
Chocolate shavings to garnish

Directions
- STEP ONE
Start by making your frozen dalgona. Combine instant coffee, sugar and 100ml of boiling water in a bowl and whisk at full speed for 4-5 minutes until you get a stiff peak. Pour into a freezer-safe container with a lid and pop it in the freezer for 24 hours.
- STEP TWO
Once your dalgona is frozen, grab your glasses and fill them with ice.
- STEP THREE
Add the milk and the Baileys, then top with one of two scoops of your frozen dalgona.
- STEP FOUR
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and enjoy!
