Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with Baileys
A Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso has been shaking up the coffee game everywhere, often enjoyed with oat-milk it has become a coffee lovers go to order. Of course, it’s our favourite of ours but we’ve made it a little more delicious by swapping out the usual oat milk for creamy Baileys.

2 Shots Espresso
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Ice
Pinch of Cinnamon to garnish

Directions
- STEP ONE
To begin, add your brewed of espresso and brown sugar to a cocktail shaker with some ice. To put the shaken in shaken espresso, give is a good shake for about 30 seconds. Shaking will cool and deliciously fluff your espresso.
- STEP TWO
Fill a tall glass with ice, add in your coffee and top with creamy Baileys...mmm.
- STEP THREE
Finally, garnish with a pinch of Cinnamon. If you can wait long enough, make sure you get an Instagram worthy snap of the creamy Baileys marbling with the dark espresso and tag us. Now take your first sip. Delish!
