Baileys Sparkler Hot Chocolate

400 g pack dark cooking chocolate
800 ml whole milk
1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp whole milk
Whipped Cream
Marshmallow Squares (see recipe)
Small indoor sparklers

Directions
- STEP 1
Put half the chocolate in a saucepan with the milk and cornflour
- STEP 2
Gently heat, whisking until the chocolate is melted, smooth and thickened
- STEP 3
Add the remaining chocolate and Baileys
- STEP 4
Whisk until smooth off the heat
- STEP 5
Divide between thick glasses
- STEP 6
Top with whipped cream and a toasted marshmallow square
- STEP 7
Serve immediately
