Baileys S'moretini

Baileys S'mores flavour blends the smooth taste of Baileys with delicious hints of chocolate and marshmallow. But don't worry if you can't find the S'mores flavour; you can still create this S'mores espresso martini cocktail using Baileys Original Irish Cream. 50 ml Baileys S’mores (or Baileys Original)
15 ml Vodka
22 ml Crème de Cacao
30 ml Half & Half
30 ml Chocolate Magic Shell (for inside the glass)
S’mores for garnish

Directions
- STEP ONE
Start by coating the inside of your glass (we use a martini glass) with chocolate magic shell – roll it around to completely coat about half of the bottom of the glass. Then pop the glass in the fridge or freezer to set.
- STEP TWO
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake for about 6 to 8 seconds and strain into the glass.
- STEP THREE
Finally, garnish with the s’mores and sip on your campfire cocktail.
