Leftover Brownies
1 Scoop of Gelato or Vanilla Ice Cream
2 oz Baileys Chocolate – or regular Baileys will be delicious too!
Chocolate Shavings (optional garnish)

STEP ONE

Crumble your leftover brownies into your favorite ice cream bowl.

STEP TWO

Place a big scoop of gelato or ice cream right on top of the brownies. If it melts over them a little, it’ll just add to the indulgence!

STEP THREE

The best part! Pour the delicious Baileys Chocolate over your creation and finish off with a generous sprinkle of chocolate shavings.
