Frozen Chocolate Strawberry Clusters with Baileys
Indulge in chocolate strawberry clusters, a tasty, sweet treat that has taken over your ‘for you’ page. Follow our simple and speedy batch recipe to transform your fridge essentials into a delightful bite. Grab your favourite Greek Yogurt, a handful of fresh strawberries and, of course, a splash of Baileys to make this tempting treat even more delicious. For the clusters:
225g strawberries
250g Greek yoghurt
1tbsp honey
1tsp vanilla extract
For the coating:
250g dark chocolate, melted
1tbsp coconut oil

Directions
- STEP ONE
Grab a mixing bowl and add to it your chosen Greek yoghurt, honey, vanilla extract, and Baileys. Stir it all up and add in your chopped fresh strawberries. Stir again and you will have the yoghurt mixture for the inside of your clusters.
- STEP TWO
Now, spoon heaped tablespoons of your mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pop into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
- STEP THREE
While your strawberry yoghurt clusters are freezing, in a bowl combine melted coconut oil with melted chocolate and mix well. Yum.
- STEP FOUR
Next, grab the frozen yoghurt clusters out of the freezer and using a fork carefully dip each one into the melted chocolate, yum! Make sure every cluster is fully coated with chocolate, the coating will freeze quickly so be as quick as you can.
- STEP FIVE
Finally, store them in the freezer for an instant sweet treat or if you can’t resist take a bite and enjoy!
