Double Chocolate Brownies Recipe with Baileys
With chocolate on chocolate, we really do mean double chocolate here!
Chocolate brownies made with smooth Baileys Chocolate. And if that wasn’t enough, they’re finished with a drizzle of even more delicious Baileys! These brownies are the ultimate indulgence for the chocolate lovers. But if you don’t have any Baileys Chocolate to hand, the original Baileys will make this a delicious treat too!

For the brownies:
100ml Baileys Chocolate – or regular Baileys will be delicious too!
150g Dark Chocolate
100g Butter
3 Eggs
310g Sugar
170g Flour
For the drizzle:
200g Icing Sugar
15ml Baileys Chocolate

Directions
- STEP ONE
To begin, whisk the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in the eggs one at a time. Melt the chocolate (if you have a little taste, we won’t tell) and add into the mix.
- STEP TWO
Fold in the luscious Baileys Chocolate, try to resist trying some, and then fold in the flour until smooth.
- STEP THREE
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
- STEP FOUR
For the drizzle, mix together the Baileys Chocolate and icing sugar. Delicately drizzle over the sliced brownies once they’re at room temperature and enjoy!
