STEP ONE:: Slice the top off of one apple and scoop out the insides
STEP TWO:: Sprinkle some granola into the apple
STEP THREE:: Add a scoop of ice cream on top of the granola
STEP FOUR: Drizzle on caramel
STEP FIVE: Pour 50ml of Baileys Apple Pie over the top
