Baileys Ice Cream Sundae
Easy. Delicious. Covered in Baileys and swirled over ice cream, one of life's most delicious pleasures. Imagine a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream (or your favourite flavour!) drizzled with rich chocolate sauce and topped with a generous pour of Baileys Irish Cream. Now, that's a Sundae! But why stop there? You can customise your Sundae with whatever toppings your heart desires. Try whipped cream, maraschino cherries, nuts, or fruit. The possibilities are endless!

8 scoops vanilla ice cream (500ml)
60g broken chocolate-covered pretzels to garnish

- STEP ONE
Using an ice cream scoop, divide the vanilla ice cream evenly between the four Sundae glasses.
- STEP TWO
Generously drizzle Baileys Irish Cream over each scoop of ice cream. The rich, creamy liqueur will coat the ice cream, enhancing its flavour and texture. Check if you need to add more ice cream. Sometimes this happens.
- STEP THREE
Top each Sundae with a generous sprinkle of broken chocolate-covered pretzels. The salty, crunchy pretzels are a yummy contrast to the creamy ice cream and smooth Baileys.
- STEP FOUR
For an extra indulgent treat, consider adding a dollop of whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, or a sprinkle of colourful sprinkles.
